So here are some examples of the best target market REM Wellbeing might consider:
Busy professionals who prioritise self-care and wellness in their daily routines
Individuals who are health-conscious and interested in natural remedies for stress and anxiety
Athletes and fitness enthusiasts looking to enhance their performance and recovery
Students and young adults seeking to manage stress and improve their mental health
Baby boomers and seniors who prioritise maintaining a healthy lifestyle and ageing gracefully
Secondly, lead nurturing is key to converting potential customers into loyal ones. By creating a personalised experience for the prospects, REM Wellbeing could build trust and establish a long-term relationship with them.
Here are some lead nurturing techniques that I think would work really well for REM Wellbeing:
Personalised email campaigns based on user behaviour and interests
Offering free resources such as e-books or webinars to educate and engage potential leads
Helpful videos (discuss treatment plan, types of treatments, etc)
Monthly Wellbeing Newsletter. Sharing updates or changes to the practice, new information.
Utilising retargeting ads to remind potential leads of the benefits of REM Wellbeing and encourage them to take action
Lastly, referral programs are a great way to incentivise happy customers to spread the word about Rem Wellbeing.
I've got some lively referral program examples for REM Wellbeing that will definitely increase their Return On Relationship. First things first, let's talk about what a return on relationship actually means. It's all about the percentage of new clients that come directly from your current paying clients. So, if you've got about 200 paying clients and 8 new businesses come directly from those relationships, your return on relationship is around 4 percent.
So to really boost that return on relationship, REM Wellbeing needs a program in place that actively promotes their services in a fun and helpful way to existing relationships. That way, whenever someone is chatting about counselling, coaching and well-being, they'll think of REM Wellbeing and recommend them to others. And let's be real, who doesn't love sharing something they love with their friends and family?
